It’s a saddening site to see abandoned kids suffering from HIV. These children stay at the Centre for Education and social labour No 2 at Yen Bai, Ba Vi District, Hanoi. The centre adopts many children suffering from HIVAccording to Tham, there are 14 children under the age of 2 staying at the Centre. 9 of those were abandoned at the front gate. “That’s Bui Thuy Dung, 9 months, weighs 10 kg. Vinalines proposed to sell the dock to recoup some of the losses In 2007, former Chairman of Vinalines Duong Chi Dung spent USD9m on buying a floating dock which had been removed from active service by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. About USD5.1m was spent on repairing the dock but it remained unfit for use. In February, Vinalines proposed to sell the dock to recoup some of the losses. However, due to it deteriorating condition and low steel prices, the dock now only worth USD1.6m. Vinalines suggested holding an auction to sell the dock as soon as possible.
