The charity activity contributed to bringing light to old people.
Earlier, in March, doctors also performed surgical procedures to protect the eyesight of 97 needy people and policy beneficiaries in Thanh Hoa province. These treatments, worth VND400 million, were underwritten by APBA – Japan.
APBA has been a leading benefactor of ophthalmology in Vietnam and has offered free eye surgeries in numerous Vietnamese provinces and cities over the past years, including Tuyen Quang, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Thua Thien – Hue, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai and Ca Mau.
